Wonderful stay at Louvre St Anne

We stayed at Louvre St Anne Hotel in mid June 2008.
The Hotel just looked like a shop front and we nearly walked right past it. We soon discovered what a great position it was in - very central to everything and 100mtrs to a metro station.
The staff both during the day and evening were so helpful and friendly and could not do enough for us. The room, although quite small was spotlessly clean and the bathroom although small looked like it had been recently redone. The breaksfast was in the basement which was very quaint and the food was very good. My husband had eggs cooked to his liking each morning.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. It was probably one of the cheaper hotels we looked at when booking but we were so glad we stayed at Louvre St Anne and we would certainly stay there again when we return to Paris!
