wonderful stay

Hello Mon,
This is Andrew LoCicero. My wife and two daughters stayed with you folks at the beginning of June. I just wanted to let you know that we have recommended your place to everyone we have talked to since coming home. We had a wonderful stay and your whole staff was exceptional!  Also, your staff did something that we have never seen before: When we got home we had an envelope waiting for us from your hotel. The cleaning staff found a digital camera battery that one of my daughters left in the room. We counted it as lost and figured we would have to just buy another one. But, no, it was waiting for us at home! That is the best service we ever have had. I also tell everyone the story of our arrival and i did not have any money on me for the taxi. You gave me the needed money and put no pressure on me to pay it back. I believe the exact words were, “pay it back whenever you can” with no hurry. That is unheard of over here in the U.S. The rooms were great, the food was great and all the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the very nice lady cooking each day were all great! Thank you for making our once family vacation that much more enjoyable. When we come back to Paris we are coming to right back to you folks.
